Dr. Orlando Cicilioni returned this week from a Florida Hospital Shares Foundation Cleft Lip and Palate Missionary trip to the city of Merida, Mexico. This marks his thirteenth missionary trip to Mexico with the Shares Foundation.
Dr. Cicilioni brought a team of anesthesiologists, nurses, and physician assistants from both FH and ORHS to partner with Dr. Mary Flores who is a local Mexican plastic surgeon in the city of Merida to help heal children afflicted with cleft deformities. Together, they operated on 45 patients
